ON ONE' TRAINING
Private, performance oriented 60 minute sessions resigned to meet your
personal goals in fitness, nutrition and health. In consultation we
will establish a cutting edge plan incorporating nutritional advice
and off-site training, geared to achieve your desired level of fitness.
Designed to be ongoing, the programs will be broken into 4-6 week blocks
allowing for specific initial and ongoing assessment in areas including
fat loss, muscle growth, mobility, strength and endurance. This allows
us to re-establish and
re-assess your goals periodically, adapting to changes in your lifestyle.

'FITTER
FASTER' TRAINING
These 30 minute sessions are designed to motivate from the beginner
to the elite. Intense and varied workouts to enhance mobility, fat loss,
muscle growth and conditioning.
The daily focus will alternate between sessions designed to increase
Strength, Power and Speed and sessions to increase Endurance and Work
Capacity. The use of big basic movements such as dead lifts, squats
and pull ups along with liberal use of a rowing machine and medicine
ball will increase the body’s metabolism and create very positive
effects on fitness.
Client progress will be established through the use of regular benchmark
sessions and while the level of intensity varies between clients the
basic program does not. Groups of up to 3 can be accommodated with sessions
able to be purchased individually or in a 10 session value pack.

SPORT
SPECIFIC TRAINING
These tailored programs are designed to meet the needs of individual
athletes or teams. Program creation, assessment monitoring and off-site
training is available for larger groups. Individuals requiring specific
assistance are welcome to train at my private facility.
Through scientific analysis of
your sports requirements and in consultation with coaching staff, comprehensive
testing will be created to monitor individual and team progress.
