Performance training sessions offers the full package. Fully individualised training and nutrition programs with a big focus on performance will have you reaching your goals as quickly as possible.
The “Performance” training package is a monthly plan incorporating a personalized training plan along with a fully customised nutrition plan emailed directly to you each week.
We will work together to create your goals based on your current abilities, time availability and life stressors. Adherence to the plan is managed by creating a structure for you to work within.
Progress is measured according to your specific goals be they fat loss, increased strength, power, endurance or mobility.
"Performance Training" is available as a once, twice or three times per week package.
“Fitter, Faster” training packages are for those that want a no-nonsense training plan. "Fitter, Faster" training follows the same principles as the "Performance Training" package, however it is priced on a per session basis.
Flexibility is offered for those with time restraints as “Fitter, Faster” training is offered as either 30 or 60 minute sessions.
“Fitter, Faster” training is a monthly plan available as a once, twice or three times per week package.
These tailored programs are designed to meet the needs of individual athletes or teams. Program creation, assessment monitoring and off-site training is available for larger groups. Individuals requiring specific assistance are welcome to train at the private facility.
Through scientific analysis of your sports requirements and in consultation with coaching staff, comprehensive testing will be created to monitor individual and team progress.
