How do I start personal training?
I can be contacted via phone and email. A time will be arranged to take you through a free assessment and discuss your current health and fitness regime and how A Little Fitness can help you achieve your fitness goals.
What times are available for training?
Monday to Friday - Morning: 6am - 8am & Evenings 5pm - 9pm
Saturday & Sunday - Morning 7:30am - 11:30am

Can I split the training costs with a friend?
A. Yes, up to 3 people can be accommodated at each session. You can therefore split the cost any way you like with up to 2 other people.
I’m going on holidays for a week, can I extend my month or will I forfeit that week?
If prior notice is given then the program can be extended to accommodate your holiday. A similar arrangement will be made if I have a holiday planned as well.
What happens if I cancel a session?
It would be appreciated if 24 hours notice is given. This will allow us to negotiate a suitable replacement time.
If less than 24 hours notice is given then I will endeavour to organise a replacement time however it may not always be possible and the session will be forfeited.
