Q. How do I start personal training?
A. Richard can be contacted via phone and email. A time will
be arranged to sit down with you and discuss your current health and
fitness regime and how A Little Fitness can help you achieve your fitness
goals.
Q. What times are available
for training?
A. Monday to Thursday - Morning:
6am - 7am & Evenings 5:30pm - 9:30pm
Friday
- Morning 6am - 10am
Saturday & Sunday - Morning 7:30am - 11:30am
Q. I have been doing the
same program for so long and nothing is happening. Can you help?
A. Of course, our bodies adapt very well to what we ask of them. A change
of program may be exactly what is required to produce a positive change.
Q. Do you run group sessions?
A. Yes, the Fitter Faster sessions can accommodate up to 3 people. Bring
a couple of friends along and improve your health and fitness together.
Q. Is Personal Training
affordable?
A. You will find my Personal Training rates very competitive with the
Fitter Faster sessions in particular, being great value for money.
Q. I feel intimidated
and embarrassed when working out in gyms. Is there an alternative?
A. A Little Fitness is a newly renovated, completely private training
facility. You don’t have too worry about being intimidated by
other patrons or the equipment. Everything you do is explained and demonstrated
thoroughly and your technique supervised.
Q. What happens if I cancel
a session?
A. It would be appreciated if 24 hours notice could be given. You will
be allowed one grace cancellation for emergency situations otherwise
the session fee will apply.
